This unique property "The Jetty" gets its name from the massive deck area running along the length of the house. The deck is designed so you can lounge, dine or play on its wide planks. "The Jetty" has so much to offer and there is nothing else quite like it in Lancelin. Enjoy all the attractions that Lancelin has to offer, then come back and relax and unwind in a renovated modern beach house. Specifically designed to cater for families, but equally enjoyable for that romantic getaway, special event, or friends catch-up, you will certainly enjoy your time here.

The home is split level joined by a veranda off which you will discover the winter cabana complete with fireplace and a very well equipped chefs kitchen including a wood fired oven and coffee machine. Double glazed bi-fold doors on two sides transform this area in the summer to flow into the backyard.

The beach house has a fully enclosed yard, reverse cycle air-conditioning (in the upper level) with lounge and kitchenette / bar opening out onto a large deck and patio area. Relax under the stars or view a movie on the outdoor cinema screen, Indulge in a game of outdoor chess, draughts or table tennis.

Unwind in the spa or read a good book in the shade of the giant peppermint tree. There is plenty of room for that game of cricket, bocce, totem tennis, crochet or simply relax with family and friends around the outdoor fire pit in winter which converts into a conversation area in summer (when fire bans prevent outdoor fires).

LANCELIN
The small fishing town of Lancelin is located 125 km's (approximately one and a half hours drive) north of Perth and stretches along a natural bay protected by outer reefs and islands.
Lancelin is the gateway to a world renowned dive trail with 14 wrecks along the coastline. The reefs provide perfect environments for surfing, snorkelling and scuba diving. The protected waters of the bay make ideal conditions for swimming, fishing, boating and the use of water craft. To the east the town is bordered by endless white sand dunes that make an idyllic playground for sand boarders, dune buggies, off road motorbikes and 4WD vehicles.

Undoubtedly one of Western Australia's most unique and interesting attractions, these remarkable stone monuments are located approximately a hour north of Lancelin.
Windsurfing / Kitesurfing

Lancelin is the gateway to Australia's finest windsurfing and is noted on the International Windsurfing Circuit.
Sand Dunes
Nestled directly behind the township of Lancelin, the sand dunes are the largest in the state containing absolutely nothing but pure white sand and no vegetation.

Sandboarding
The sand dunes at the north end of the township are accessible to all vehicles to a parking area at the foot of the dunes. Two sandboards are provided for your enjoyment.
